You might check out the screen image copy function. There is a deal where one user's screen images can be relayed to a second user screen on a one screen delay ... first user sees screen-A then does a function key like say refresh or enter & gets to see screen-B ... second user now sees first user's screen-A ... when you set this up you can have the second user be a print file. When I learned about this I thought it would be a great deal for both troubleshooting people in trouble (second user be tech support), and general education (second user be audience looking at a big screen) and for creating how-to documentation, but when we tried it out we found that both users had to have a high level of security so it turns out that it is not much help for troubleshooting.
