On V5R1, use the CHGDSTPWD and prompt it. Set the password to *DEFAULT. Then you should be able to signon as QSECOFR with password of QSECOFR. In the process, we disabled the first SST user account (1's), and so I tried to STRSST using the second user account (2's) and disabled that one, perhaps it can't run the SST. So, the question becomes, how do I re-enable these accounts? There is no AS/400 user profile with these account names. I'm thinking an IPL *might* reset these accounts, but maybe it won't. Any ideas?
