V5R1 Subsystem prestart jobs

I'm looking for a V5R1 list of the QSERVER and QUSRWRK subsystems prestart
jobs.  Before I started here, someone else modified QSERVER to have an entry
for QZDASOINIT as a prestart job and I know with V5R1 this moved to QUSRWRK.
I've looked in the info center and the installation memo to users, but I
haven't found a list of prestart jobs.  (This is for a JDE XE installation.)
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
