We have used twinax Fax*Star for 10 or more years now to send out e911 preplan information to fire departments. This is very time critical information that fire personnel count on so much that they want to wait for the information before leaving the station (city departments like to be out the door in 30 seconds). It has been the most truly no headache product I have ever used (I don't even know if I could find it in the computer room now). Our use is fairly simple, but it never, never fails to work.
