Depending on what version of OS/400 you are using there may be a PTF:

 SF44835 420 OSP STRPCO COMMAND IS NOT ALLOWED IN A TELNET SESSION
 SF39294 360 OSP STRPCO COMMAND IS NOT ALLOWED IN A TELNET SESSION
 SF39120 310 OSP STRPCO COMMAND IS NOT ALLOWED IN A TELNET SESSION
 SF44124 410 OSP STRPCO COMMAND IS NOT ALLOWED IN A TELNET SESSION
 SF39409 370 OSP STRPCO COMMAND IS NOT ALLOWED IN A TELNET SESSION
 SF39121 320 OSP STRPCO COMMAND IS NOT ALLOWED IN A TELNET SESSION

  I am using the older version of CA (3.2, not CA Express) and I am
receiving message IWS4032 "STRPCO can only be run from a programmable
workstation."

  STRPCO works from at least one workstation on the network, but not some
others.  These are ALL PCs and I'm pretty sure that they are on the same
network.

  Any ideas?
