RE: SNDEMAIL and MSF

Perhaps it should now be RTFP, (.pdf) since everything is in this format
these days!

And although it sounds (and often is) abusive, it has come to be an
"accepted" form or pointing out that the solution asked for is documented.
By responding with a RFTM reference pointing out where the solution is, it
lowers the traffic of asked/answered questions which could be looked up by
the originator as quickly as the responder.
