I'm glad to see someone else saying this. I've been wondering if I'd 
misunderstood the whole appeals ruling. What with all the headlines, etc., 
stating "Microsoft Not Breaking Up!!" and newsgroup posts seemingly all saying 
the same, I was beginning to think it must all be over already. (Though the 
breakup _probably_ is done for, unfortunately.)
