I created a job description, a jobq, and a subsystem named RESTARTDEV. I
then created a scheduled job named RESTARTDEV that runs in the subsystem of
the same name. I had patterned this setup after a similar setup where the
job description, jobq, subsystem, and scheduled job were named CRS_PRTDEV.
After setting up RESTARTDEV, I deleted all objects named CRS_PRTDEV.

I've checked all (that I'm aware of) objects named RESTARTDEV, to see if
there is a reference to CRS_PRTDEV. I find no such references. A WRKOBJ
*ALL/CRS_PRTDEV, shows no objects found.

The RESTARTDEV job starts up every morning, and runs all day, looping
through a CL at regular intervals and checking that print devices are varied
on and that writers are started. The job ends every evening. We get this
message only on Sunday morning, and a 1500 page job log is generated.

Our IPL is Sunday evening, so I don't think there's a connection there. I
also checked our startup program for references to CRS_PRTDEV, and found
none.

Does anyone know the meaning of this message?
