Education options

I was asked by our system admin. today for ideas about educational offerings
that could benefit his career. He would like a workshop type class in the
Dallas area if possible, perhaps involving CAE / Ops Navigator. He is also
interested in perhaps getting back into programming, though he has no  real
AS400 programming experience. Any suggestions?
