One of the services the company I work for provides is educational seminars.
We do offer an Operations / System Administration course that focuses on
utilizing the Operations Navigator.  Generally our seminars are geared
towards those who have some AS/400 experience, but we do customize each
class for the client.  We come to you so we make it convenient to your
schedule.  And since we are only about 250 miles north of you (Tulsa, OK)
the travel expense would be minimal.  If you would like more info please
