Re: Info Center Rant

While that certainly has some appeal, I do not feel it is appropriate for me
to share the contact information of the IBM'er who's response I posted. When
I communicate directly with one of my customers I do not intend for them to
share my contact information.

I have requested the email address of someone to contact at a decision
making level within the Info Center project. Not that it will do any good,
but it won't hurt to try. I always say it is my fault if I don't attempt to
communicate but it is theirs if they won't listen.

If I get any information, I will pass it along.

I really came to depend on the Softcopy Library and it was and excellent
tool. I think Info Center could be as good or better if IBM would just sit
the two products side-by-side and run them both through the real scenarios
in which they are used. Then maybe they would see the areas where we have
lost ground and they could figure out a way to improve it.
