RE: Info Center Rant -- MIDRANGE-L

Not for us!  They're committed to it.  They wanted to know things such as
how to make Info Center better, and maintaining SoftCopy wasn't an option.
It seems to be part of the eserver strategy - everything in one communal
bucket.
