  • Subject: Why can't a 620-2175 be directly upgraded to an 820-2435?

Does anyone know why a 620-2175 can't be directly upgraded to an 820-2435
(1523)? If so, could you please provide an explanation? Apparently, the
configurator forces a double upgrade (first to an 820-2395 or 820-2396 then
to the 820-2435). Thanks.
