Dang, I forgot about that option. Yes, it does work. And an improvement in V5R1 is that when it does the compare and update, now it will also check to see if the remote systems have ptf's which you don't and bring them back. Used to be only one way. But, doesn't it require that the save files be loaded in order to distribute? Which is okay if you've ordered ones and twos from ECS but no save files exist when you apply from media. Provided you have the same LPP's etc. across your systems, you will only need to load them on one system, and then distribute them automagically, and have your systems IPL each night to apply them.
