From what I've read, the twinax system console counts as 0 (zero) to the
interactive count.  AFAIK, you can have a twinax console to a pure
server model without any performance hit.  Even IBM has the brain matter
to know that you can not trust anything -but- a terminal to control the
system.

Even if it's a lame 9600 baud connected device.

Besides, how do you control the machine if you are in a position that
forces you to shut down and restart all the server (TCP/IP) programs?
