Bill,

I have had similar problems to this also. Our network has a IBM 2210 router on 
it and that seems to be the source of the problems, but it only happens when 
connected via V.90 dialup. Connecting via 28.8 dialup or ISDN and there are no 
problems. The router will throw out a bunch of packets and the 400 'gets 
stupid' and quits.

My boss, Larry Bolhuis, has to replace a router at another site for the same 
reason. Maybe Larry can share more on this.
