FTP to Save File problems

I'm having problems when trying to FTP a PC file to an AS/400 save file.

After I "open" the TCP/IP address, logon as qsecofr, enter "bin", "cd qgpl"
and "put mysavf.sav", I get the following messages:

200 PORT subcommand request successful.
150 Sending file to member SAV in file MYSAVF in library QGPL.
->netout:Connection reset by peer
426-Unable to receive data from TCP/IP.
426 Data transfer ended.
180224 bytes sent 135.56 seconds (1.33 Kbytes/sec)
ftp>

I do get a some of the save file contents transferred but not all.  Any
ideas why I'm getting the "netout: Connection reset by peer" and the
"426-Unable to receive data from TCP/IP" messages?  Any help would be
appreciated.
