Phil,

I know it is a lil confusing. We are 4 hours behind, so you would think that we 
would have to add four hours to get it correct, but it realizes that a 
negative, means it is 4 hours behind and adjusts accordingly.

Hey, it is closer than someone I know that thought that EDT was -5 and EST was 
-4.
