Please don't take this personally, but, BLEAHH! This may work fine if you've only a few (say, less than 10) members to actually change, but more than that and mistakes start to happen from TMNRT (Totally Mind-Numbing Repetitive Tasks). If there's more than 10 members to change, I would seriously look at writing an application to do the mass change.
