Where it says "Option "  you probably have a "5".  You can put in any 
option you want there, including "2".  The "2" will open for edit instead 
of view for every member that matches.  Wonderful feature.

I hate to be boring, but SEU invoked with option 25 from PDM does a good
job.  The replacement string is propagated from member to member.
