RE: Bulk update of CL source fil

After entering the scan value, choose option 2 to member. When the first
member is displayed,
press f14, the scan values will be in the find field, enter the change value
in that field and change any other parameters on that display. Press f17 to
find and replace, when f3 is entered, the values are carried to all  other
source members selected by that search.

I hate to be boring, but SEU invoked with option 25 from PDM does a good
job.  The replacement string is propagated from member to member.
