We recently purchased a division in Denver.  They were pretty smug on their
choice of a DSL provider and snickered at our staying with more well
respected providers.  They had their own website before ours (which just
became available).  Well, after being down for a few weeks while we
scrambled taught them.  And the person who was mailed the notice and
ignored it....

May this be a lesson to all you DSL customers- DSL providers are
dropping like flies!  If you are using DSL for any mission critical
data, check the financial stability of your provider!  If you choose to
stay with them, have a backup plan ready to execute.  Sure all those
alternative providers came on cheeper than the local Telco, but the
Telco was there 40 years ago and likely will be in 40 more.  It's your
data.
