Bill Albert said; >It just depends on your perspective and how willing you are to meet >people and discuss your (opinions, ignorance, knowledge, etc.). I would tend to agree. COMMON is a AS/400 USER Group. The big strength at COMMON is to talk to people in real companies that are doing what you are trying to do. The Networking IS fantastic. It also does have alot of great IBM speakers and ALSO industry experts that are very open to questions not only in their sessions but afterwards in the halls or CUDS etc. If you go, press your self to make acquaintances and talk to people. Volunteer as Bill said. It can be a great experience. John Carr Ah, I also speak there. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
