1. Raptor from Axent
2. Equiv. of $2,000 aprox (plus cost of small NT PC)
3. Yes, we even bought a second!
4. Used a FW engineer for setup & he also trained us, so now we are self
sufficient.
(If we didn't need VPN, NAT & remote SSL green screen connections we could
probably have done it from the manual but it would have taken much longer &
we may not have passed our security auditors 'pen. test' first time)

It pains me to tell you that when a JCB dug up all the cables to the webfarm
building (including UPS, backup generator etc.) the NT box & Raptor
recovered automatically on restoration of utility power but our 400 didn't!

PS We have a performance issue when PDF files are being downloaded, the FW
box spends several seconds in processor overload (over 100%) and all our
websites behind it suffer, yet to prove if this is a HW or SW issue.
