Firebox from Watchguard

about $3,000 - we've had it for about 4 or 5 years now and upgraded the
box once for about $1200 I believe.

pretty satisfied

Not hard to configure - based on your knowledge of TCP and internet
protocols of course.  

We have a rather complex setup where we have multiple remote sites using
Watchguard SOHO's to link into our internal network via VPN.  We also
have users on dialup to an ISP that use the VPN PC product.
There are several companies which also offer the service of managing
your firebox(es) for you
