        Jon is right Sonicwall is one of the better entry level products.
But, for your shop with the number of people , sites, connecting through it
and the number of systems behind it I think I would recommend;

        a.) A CheckPoint System, on the Nokia appliance, or an RS/600 B50.

        b.) If you already have Cisco hardware a PIX Firewall is a second
although not as well liked option.

        The CheckPoint has a lot of very nice features including it can be
installed over a number of OS's and in a number of boxes. I like the Nokia
option as it has the ability  to IPL side A or B, (Like PTF's) if you get a
broken service pakage..  Also, the SecureRemote option and SecureClient
options are very reasonable both from a price and support standpoint.
