I've seen many protocol converters that convert a lan printer to a twinax printer but not the other way around. I may have a situation where I have to move a twinax printer offsite from where my AS/400 is and both sites are connected by a TCP/IP Ethernet WAN. I assumed my only option was a 5494 (or compatible device). Where can I find one of the protocol converters from twinax to lan? Thanks. -----Original Message----- Date: Thu, 28 Sep 2000 16:35:01 -0500 From: rob@dekko.com Subject: Re: Subject: Re: 400 printing over a WAN <SNIP> Or, there are many protocol converters out there that can convert printers from twinax to 3270 or lan (more versatile).
