I just started to play with this. We currently use ProGen Plus and using their WebSmart product has been a snap so far. Very easy to grab the AS/400 files you want and the generation of the cgi program is quick and painless. There are a few templates they provide to get you going too. There support is fantastic - the best I've encountered.
