Yes.. It is very easy to get going on Web based development.. The learning
curve is very quick..
I have been using it since last April in the Alpha stage and now into
Beta.. They have added quite
a lot in a few months.

They have a free trial for 30 days so that you can get a feel for it.  If
you are unfamiliar with web based
development, it will take some time, but that time will not be wasted since
if you decide on another tool,
the web stuff (HTML, JavaScript, Cookies) will not be wasted.

If you go to www.cussys.com and look at our e-hardstuff campaign, that is
written using WebSmart.  Please
note that this was done back in May/June when we were just learning the
tool, the stuff we are working on now
is much more sophisticated.
