Change drawer on Canon

I have a Canon Imagerunner printer, using IP on the AS/400 and working fine, except for some big spool files (1000+ pages).

 

The printer is set to auto-change paper source drawers, and it changes them well with outputs came from Windows. But, for AS/400 outputs, it freezes them waiting for the first drawer to be fed.

 

It’s normal: in the PRTF the DRAWER parm is 0001. Unfortunately, given values for this parm are limited, no auto-continue option is available, so there’s not way to tell the PRTF to order drawers change.

 

Does somebody know any workaround in order to make it work?
