Morning All,

        Two interesting notes of interest to the Midrange Community.  The
1999 Annual Report for Common has been posted on the Web page.  (It is
apparently not being mailed this year).

        An the Ballots for Commons annual election are also going into the
mail soon, visit the Web page to view the biograpical of each of the
canidates..
