This product has value to you if you CANNOT prevent queries from arriving
for which you cannot build an index.  Two legitimate reasons for CANNOT are:
it would destroy some application functionality that is worth the cost and
the tables must be scanned and they are large.

SMP Query can kill a system if not carefully tuned.
