Not my Problem... Hee Hee.  My ex-boss should have removed it way back then.
My current boss reviewed all the equipment and bills when he started and
should have caught it.  What about the controller who wrote off the
equipment?  I never see the bills, and when asked, said we retired that
paper weight 4 years ago.  Again, Penny wise, Dollar foolish. ;->)

The customer does have some responsibility to review the bills.  And 
to coorespond, via writing, to drop equipment.  I could see a month 
or three refund if you said IBM snuck something in, but 4 years?!?
