Not a Chinaman's chance.

The customer does have some responsibility to review the bills.  And 
to coorespond, via writing, to drop equipment.  I could see a month 
or three refund if you said IBM snuck something in, but 4 years?!?

Yes, a 9347 is the old slide mount 1/2 inch reel tape that only went to
1600bpi density.
