Frame size and buffers.  CHGTCPA to update the buffers.  Work with the line
description for the frame size.  Make sure they match the hubs settings if
it has anything.

We are looking into the hub settings, but we doubt we are going to find
anything. I'm hoping for some advice pertaining to the AS/400 that we might
