Based on the following paragraph from the announcement letter, it seems that
only SQL created indexes will benefit from the new PTF's:


Summary of cases where larger index page sizes used...

-SQL created indexes on SQL created tables
-SQL created indexes on CRTPF/DDS created tables
-SQL created constraints on SQL created tables
-ADDPFCST created constraints on SQL created tables
