NO! NO! NO!!!

New technology has been introduced that is better than the old technology.  You
need to throw out all the old technology and embrace the new technology.  Who
cares if it is simple, elegant, and functional solution, it's old technology!!!
Throw it out and spend the money to re-engineer it in the latest technology.
