One of the keys here (and, yes, this does sound trite, but it's so true...)
is whether the company sees IS as an asset or a liability.  Don't bother
asking this in an interview, 'cause you'll know what answer you'll always
get.  If you're lucky, you can talk to someone who's been there for awhile,
usually not too difficult if you've been around the AS/400 in your area for
several years (user groups help big time; disclaimer - no solicitation!)
