Maybe you should tell your management to post an ad on the MidrangeJobs
list.  (Oh, and not a two-line ad, please - those who subscribe to that list
know what I mean <g>)

If the recent activity on the MidrangeJobs list is any indication, it *IS*
pretty slow out there right now.

Montana, eh?  Does an SUV for winter driving come with the salary package?
Never been to Big Sky country, but would love to visit some day.
