Yes but they will only give general type answers such as contacting
recruiters and such.  I strongly suspect they aren't "really" looking.  The
messages I have seen from several people indicating the market is slow in
several areas perhaps puts more weight behind my suspicions.  Just trying to
piece together what their intent is versus what we are being told.
