Windows 98 dial-in to V4R3


Hi!

I have a little problem with PPP. I must connect a Windows 98 to AS/400
via PPP but I can't do it. I have V4R3 without PTF-s and I don't want
to install a cummulative package.

When Windows calls in to AS/400, the PPP software accepts the
call and tries to send LCP configuration requests to the PC. But the
Windows doesn't response to them, so the PPP reaches maximum LCP request
count and drops the call. I have a 7852-400 modem in async mode.

Any ideas? Is there anything what I don't know?
