SFLNXTCHG was only an example.  Use a little imagination please.  If I'm
interviewing somebody to do Progen and they don't need to know subfiles or
they don't profess proficiency with subfiles,  I wouldn't ask them about
subfiles.  I'd ask about Progen.  My point is that - don't just ask "have
you done this";  "have you done that",  but use some technical questions
that elicit more than a yes or no answer.   An understanding of why they do
something on a job is pretty important.  However, I don't like to get too
"open" or general,  because some people are just better talkers than others,
and I don't really want answers that I have to judge subjectively.
