Dan, Rob, et al,

I think the Fish on a hook reference is a way to determine how you will react 
when they find out
you are NOT right for the job after being selected.

1. The fish being you
2. On the hook being your @$$ is on the line, (no pun intended!),
3. And the squirm is to see if you'll go postal after they can you!!!!
