I put the CHGCMDDFT and any other "system" changes in the IPL startup clp.
Yes, it runs every IPL, but I never have to worry after ptf's, upgrades, &
it serves as my documentation of what is changed in the system.Also, I never
change the QSYS version of the startup clp, but change the sysval to point
to the clp in another lib.
