Brian, Is it possible that the CLLE module it trying to access objects using interfaces that do not support adopted authority? For example, the IFS interfaces do not support adopted authority. If this is the case, you may need to use the adopted authority to swap the user profile of the job to your user ID, perform the function, and then swap the job back to the original user ID. Be very careful if you decide to do this because you would not want to let your users cause the program to end (function check, ENDRQS, etc) before you swap the job back to their user ID. > I create my fully-ILE program to adopt the authority of its owner, me. But > one of the modules, a CLLE, is unable to do things that I am able to do, > when run by someone else. Am I missing some step? The module simply does > not seem to be adopting authority at all. > > Thanks. > > -brian +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
