We have recently attached a Perle 594E to our network in a remote office.
It has been rock solid. We connected the remote site via ADTRAN CSU/DSU's
running both data and Voice over a point to point T1. We are using
Compatible routers to route the TCP/IP and Anynet to connect the Perle.
Contact me privately if you want more info. I can save the cfg objects and
FTP to you.

Subject: 720 with V4R4 and Perle Controllers.

Is anyone out there running a 720 with Perle 594E controllers running
all your local screens. I have 2 594e Perle controllers attached to my
720 via ethernet and using DLC and I have also tried TCPIP. My 720 is
at V4R4 and my Perles are at software V4.30. In either configuration
the Perles will run for hours at a time but eventually drop
communication. I then have to reboot the Perles in order to get my
screens up again. I am wondering if anyone else has come across a
similar problem.

Tks Barry
