In Central/North Jersey, ISDN full time (called Centrex ISDN) is about $250 for 
128K, and the ISP is
another $250.  That's still too pricey for must small customers.

DSL is coming to Northeast Jersey.  I have a customer who placed an order with 
the understanding it
would be executed any day.  Turns out Bell Atlantic had some upgrades to 
complete.  It's still not
done 6 months later.

DSL availability is spotty in NJ at best.

We use a Netgear Dialup router with a static IP.  ISP costs are $85.  Local 
call is free.  It gives
us up to 48K on a good day.  Not fast enough for serving a web page, but our 
employees all use it to
telnet/client access to it.
