Look into creating an Outqueue on system2 using parameter RMTSYS(*PASTHR). This will send any spool files generated by a user who is passed through to be sent to the source system. Use Client access to create a printer session on system1. Then set the user to print on that printer. Remote Outqueues have been discussed before. Try the archives at Midrange.com for more info.
