CA printer via STRPASTHR -- MIDRANGE-L

I had this question put to me this morning.  How can I set up a printer in 
CA from a system that is not listed in CA.  The printer is attached to a PC 
on system1: they are then passing through to system2 and want to use the 
same printer in CA.  Any help would be appreciated.
