You need to run APYPTF once for each program product for which PTFs are being applied. Usually this is at list 5769999 and 5769SS1. It would be the same list you used when loading PTFs. Since you must IPL anyway, you may as well just schedule all PTFs to run during the IPL. When you do IPL, be sure to specify IPLSRC(B). If you don't, nothing will apply. After the system comes up, use WRKLICPGM opt 50 to display PTF messages. If they look OK, use DSPPTF to confirm that everything you think is applied is in fact applied.
